Biography
Dr. Alejandro Buitrago Bernal specializes in reconfigurable microwave systems, next-generation telecommunications, satellite technologies, and functional materials applied to electromagnetism. His research focuses on the development of innovative RF and microwave components, such as filters, antennas, and metamaterials, and their integration into advanced communication systems. He is also interested in the use of new materials and smart technologies to improve the performance, efficiency, and adaptability of electromagnetic systems for communications, aerospace, and sensing applications.
